Kim Morris is the Executive Director of Comprehensive Care Management for Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance (BSWQA), the accountable care organization affiliate of Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH), the largest non-profit health system in Texas.
Kim leads a team of experienced RN Care Managers, Health Coordinators, Licensed Masters Social Workers, and Coders. Together, they are responsible for managing the health of patient populations through care management programs that include complex disease management, gaps in care services, psychosocially complex case management and transitional care management – facilitating patient continuity of care during post hospital transitions.
As the head of Comprehensive Care Management, Ms. Morris oversees a vital element of population health. She directs care management strategy for outreaching 60,000+ high- and rising-risk BSWQA patients, drives accountability among BSWQA’s network of post-acute providers and guides other initiatives such as BSWQA’s HealthAccess navigation services and Clinical Documentation Improvement.
