Alyssa Endres serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance (BSWQA). She leads the BSWQA’s participation in the Medicare Shared Savings Program supporting the key initiatives around financial management, clinical quality reporting, and compliance. She is involved in systemic discussion and strategy development around CMS Medicare programs and the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA). Alyssa has presented to executive leadership and physicians across Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) over the past years discussing the components and implications of MACRA on providers and the organization. She aims to make MACRA, a complex health policy, comprehendible helping health care leaders understand and highlight the growing needs of the aging Medicare population. Alyssa has also shaped the BSWQA’s Clinical Performance Compensation (CPC) program which distributes shared savings to 5,000+ providers.
